A little about your host 🌸

Hey, I'm Kat,

I've spent the last 14+ years working in marketing, storytelling, launches, funnels, offers and strategy, helping coaches, practitioners and creatives turn their ideas into businesses that actually work.

I'm also a lifelong community builder who somehow ended up living on a little finca in Costa Rica with my family, a whole bunch of animals and steps from the beach.

One thing I've learned after all these years?

Most people don't need someone to make their business more complicated.

They need someone who can look at everything they've got going on and say:

"Okay. Let's take a breath. Here's what actually matters."

I love seeing the magic in someone that they can't quite see for themselves yet.

I love finding the simplicity inside the overwhelm.

And I love watching someone go from "I don't know if I can do this" to "Oh. Wait. I actually can."

But I've also learned that building a business is a whole lot more enjoyable when you don't have to do it alone.

That's why I created Golden Hour.
